The Media24 Magazines Programme

There are four business units within Media24 Magazines - 'LifeStyle', "Women's Interest', 'Weeklies' and 'Business' - each of which produces a number of magazines.  Most magazines are 100% owned by Media24 Magazines, however, there are some exceptions where ownership is less than 100%.  

WoodWing is to be implemented only into those magazines where ownership is 100%.  
If, and only if agreement is reached between Media24 Magazines and the non-Media24 Magazine shareholders, will such magazines be brought back into scope.

The Media24 Programme involves rolling "Woodwing" into all these magazines as per the schedule 
(see "The Schedule" tab).

  • Improve Advertising revenues - advertising rates and margins may increase as the new platforms enable an enriched interaction with their brands.
